Experience The Costume Institute’s spring 2023 exhibition, Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty, during special evening hours every Sunday until the exhibition closes July 16. Please note that the rest of the Museum closes after 5 pm on Sunday. Free with Museum admission.

Entering the Exhibition

Arriving at the Museum after 5 pm on Sunday? Enter via the 81 Street and Fifth Avenue street-level entrance.

You must join the virtual exhibition queue via QR code once inside the Museum. No advance or timed tickets required. Access is first come, first served and subject to capacity limitations.

Visitor Guidelines

The following items are not permitted:

  • Bags larger than 11 x 17 x 5 in (28 x 43 x 13 cm)
  • Backpacks
  • Strollers (parking is available adjacent to the exhibition)
  • Liquids
